Through research and education programs, Minnesota Sea Grant works to enhance the coastal environment and economy. Sally was recently the recipient of a 2009 APEX award for "publication excellence" in the scientific & environmental publications category for designing Sea Grant's Toward Sustainable Tourism, an interactive Web publication.
